BLOG: VIRGINIA COPS USE EXCESSIVE FORCE AFTER PULLING “XAXIER CRUTE” OUT OF HIS HOME
This past Saturday a video went viral of a Lynchburg, Virginia man being choked and beat by two police officers during an arrest. “Chief Raul Diaz” says Someone from the home made a 911 call for a domestic violence situation and for possible drug use around a child. Victim “Xavier Crute” refused to allow officers in, and the officers used physical force to do so. Latisha, Xavier’s sister, filmed the whole situation and the end in result landed them both in cuffs. The Lynchburg Police Department Felt the officers actions were justified. Wrongfully removing the children from the home and putting them in custody of Social Services when a grandparent was present. Further more Raul Diaz sounds so hypocritical when speaking on police officers being “human beings” and have the right to defend their self, Well what the hell is Xavier Crute? Not human. Sickening that these actions are considered justified. We all know no warrant no entry, The investigation is on going, and Xavier and his sister are do back in general District Court on March 22,2016. I wish the best for this family. (WATCH NOW)!!
