In a Dunk Contest for the books Zach LaVine defended his title for the 2nd year by winning this years Slam Dunk Contest. Saturday night Slam Dunk Contest included Minnesota Timberwolves guard Zach LaVine, Denver Nuggets guard Will Barton, Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond and Orlando Magic forward Aaron Gordon

FIRST DUNK RANKINGS: 

LaVine – 50

Gordon – 45

Barton – 44 

Drummond – 36 

 SECOND DUNK RANKINGS:

The finals came down to Gordon and LaVine 

Gordon – 50 x2 

LaVine – 50 x2

They went to a second overtime of dunks Gordon went with a safe dunk in the double overtime, LaVine won the contest with a big between-the-legs slam. Some would say the greatest dunk contest in history, as we watched LaVine successfully defended his championship For the 2016 slam dunk contest.
